Sonia's Delectable Desserts was chosen to provide over 3,000 Cake Balls to the Bayside THRIVE Conference early spring 2011. The attendees got to enjoy a variety of delicious Cake Balls from Chocolate,Vanilla to Fudge Chocolate.
1500 desserts for a dessert buffet for a wedding. A custom made stand was designed for all the Cake Pops. The reviews were that everyone was so impressed with the variety of desserts and they wanted to try everything. Desserts available for this wonderful day were cake pop truffles, mini chocolate cream pies, mini banana cream pies, cannoli's, mini cupcakes, chocolate dipped pretzels, chocolate dipped marshmallows, whoopie pies and filled strawberries. To class things up we served shot glasses of milk to go with all these sweets.
